Seroloana Guest House - Rustenburg

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the swimming pool was a great addition. The location was also great, with easy transportation to nearby attractions. Breakfast was good, served by friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the room was super clean.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home during our romantic getaway. The surroundings were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a refreshing swimming pool. Our room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, offering us a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

While we had a lovely stay overall, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. The noise level from other guests in a nearby room was a bit of a disturbance at times.

The area surrounding the guesthouse seems to be peaceful and secure, and it's also conveniently close to Sun City. Some guests praised the clean and relaxing swimming pool, while others enjoyed the breakfast. some rooms had inadequate soundproofing and small, cramped beds. Bathrooms also had issues, like bathroom doors that wouldn't close and fixtures that were too small.

Some guests noted that they didn't feel welcomed by the staff and their experiences inside the house were unpleasant.

Seroloana Guest House is fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. The hostess is friendly and helpful. The area is safe and close to Sun City. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the pool was great for my family.

Had a great time during xmas, the guest house was well-kept, clean, and cozy. the swimming pool was a total lifesaver in the hot weather. the breakfast was amazing, served with a smile. Loved the location, just a short drive away from Sun City and in a safe area.

We had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Rustenburg. The staff were cute and went out of their way to make us feel safe and comfortable. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable with fresh bedding and towels. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great value. The pool was a highlight, perfect for my 10-year-old to swim in. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this guest house.

Although not a major issue, the guest house was a bit further from Pilansberg than we had originally thought, resulting in a 25-minute drive to either of the gates. while the mats in the rooms looked nice, they proved to be a slipping hazard.
